6 Roma/plum tomatoes
4 tsp minced (or crushed) garlic
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. olive oil
sliced Italian bread (or French baguette)
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place tomatoes, garlic, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper into a mixing bowl and stir. Put in fridge to chill (or, if you don’t like super cold food, leave it on the counter, I won’t judge).
Bake thinly sliced baguette (or pre-sliced Italian bread) in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Serve bread and tomato mixture separate and spoon tomato mixture onto bread a few slices at a time to avoid your bread getting soggy.
